ROOM HIRE
As the name suggests is it to hire a space for a presentation. People go with this Option When they need a room for a few hours or the number of Participants are few. Remember here you pay for everything ie. all Equipment and Tea/Coffee Etc.
DAY DELEGATE RATE
It is a Special package for the day. It Generally includes 2 Tea /Coffee Breaks, Lunch, and Room Hire. Normally from 9 am – 5 pm. Equipment: Flip charts, Screen, Over Head Projector (Stationary Paper/Pad/Pencils), Taxes, Signage at Entrance With Company Name.
24 HR DAY DELEGATE RATE
Is a Full day package and generally includes everything in the DDR Plus Breakfast, Accommodation and Dinner.
